Failure to complete these steps within 24 hours, or not meeting the minimum eligibility requirements, may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Early and late check-ins or check-outs are subject to an additional fee. Deep cleaning beyond normal use—such as stain removal, carpet shampooing, odor remediation, or cleaning requiring significantly more time than our standard turnover—is not covered by the Standard Exit Cleaning. Cancellation Policy
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking or at least 14 days before your arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a fee and become non-refundable once check-in occurs. Credit card payments include a non-refundable 3.2% processing fee.
