"Overall, We loved our stay. Our stay manager Rashare' Pacheco was incredibly helpful. She was on top of everything. She addressed all the issues we faced during our stay. My husband and I highly appreciate her. The listing and real house 100% match. The location was great. However, I need to address a couple of things. - We faced maintenance issues. In long-term stays, it would not be a big deal however my husband and I are nomad workers. We choose places that by hoping no major problems occur in the unit. The bath top was not draining, the water pressure was so low and we barely had hot water for shower. Because we stay only 3 weeks and did not want to move again we just stayed. In addition there was a leak from the upper floor thus we had to deal with repair with very lound sound during a meeting. (this is out of control management's control so cant complain about it so much) On the other hand, other maintenance issues should have looked up before we move in - I loved the details of having detergent, umbrella, garbage bag etc ready for us - There were not enough plates or missing main kitchen supplies. I understand there is a standard however the equipment was not enough to host even 2 people for dinner or even we had to wash dishes nonstop since we were running out after one use (Rashare also helped us on this case) Overall, we might give another chance to anyplace before we make our final decision Thanks again Rashare' Pacheco !!"

"Amazing apartment, bigger than it looks in the pictures. Big bed, comfortable couch, big TV and everything you need for your daily life. It has also a laundry room, so you dont need to go to any common laundry room in the building. It is close to many touristic places and has all the ammenities you need for working remote. It is in a condo in Rincon Hill and it has gym and a small spa. The neighborhood is quite and safe, and so is the building. There are not many supermarkets in the area (only the expensive woodlands) but you can always order online. I stay here for a month and I wouldn´t mind to stay longer."
