"I was interested in Anyplace apartments for their desk set-up which true to it's positioning is very much land and plug in. And for a nomadic worker like me having a full screen monitor, an actual office chair that if you're clocking 12 hour days won't hurt your back and video conference lighting all ready to go was exactly what I was paying for. The only thing that makes this not realistic as an every time choice is the price point. With NYC regulations, there's little inventory available now for interim stays so it's unfortunate but also inevitable to have to commit to 30 days. However, I still struggle with the price point and value exchange for these furnished rentals in NYC at $5000-$8000/month for a 1bed or even studio sometimes. The fees add up i.e. there's no cleaning service included so on top of paying a cleaning fee, you don't actually get serviced during your stay because the charge is for the one time cleaning fee upon exit, plus utilities, etc.. If Anyplace could economically figure out a way to reduce the price point, they would be a market leader with maximum occupancy probably as AirBnB options have been wiped from the market. After all the cleaning, utilities, etc. fees that are added on top it's not really a realistic option and as soon as there's a more economical option with the same desk set-up, I would have to say - I would switch. Aside from the price point being what it is, there were enough amenities already there to make it super comfortable i.e. plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc. that make the landing much easier when you have to drop in and get to work. Location in FiDi is super convenient to all train lines and for a former New Yorker like me, it's amazing to have the Wall St. ferry at your doorstep. Starbucks is downstairs, 787 Coffee is down the road, good restaurants and delivery within 1 block radiuses with an amazing taco truck that sits outside almost 7 days a week. Would definitely recommend if you're staying for a couple months and price is no barrier."

"My stay at this apartment was wonderful. First of all, the location is great and there are many good restaurants and coffee shops around. My favorite coffee shop was Black Fox and almost every day I went there to enjoy coffee. Also, the area is safe and very quiet at night.Transportation was convenient, and I was able to get to Upper Manhattan and Brooklyn easily by subway. Lastly, the office setup and internet speed in the room was top notch and I was very productive during my stay!"
