"Very good experience. The personnel of Anyplace is always ready to help with anything you need and they solved it in a kind manner; the apartment is like the photos shows; very comfortable, has a very complete desk you can comfortable work and make video calls. The AC works fine, the kitchen has all you need and in the roof has a barbecue you can use and a place to stay, eat and reunion. the washing machines are in the second floor and are very accessible and ready to work; the building is very comfortable; has a play room very complete and a work space that is OK. The doorman are very kind and ready to help; is very near to the subways lines 4,5,6, 1,2,3 and J y Z, and the New York Ferry and Staten Island Ferry; and the apartment is very quiet; supermarket is very near as so multiple of bars and restaurant.- I will come back."

"We’ve stayed at this condo for almost 3 months, would we stay here again? No. Here’s why: - extreme noise at all times, all the neighbors have dogs which bark a lot (one of them starts barking around 5am every morning and keeps barking for an extended amount of time) - the walls are paper thin and you hear everything going on in the surrounding condos as well as the hallway - immediate neighbor is a heavy smoker and all the smoke-smell seeps into the Airbnb unit (we bought air purifiers and even those didn’t do anything unfortunately) - stuffy bedroom that gets very hot at night since the air conditioning is in the living room - bed was extremely uncomfortable + great location + safe neighborhood We do want to point out that Anyplace has an amazing team and they are outstanding hosts. They did refund us 500 $ for our inconveniences, which still didn’t make up for a lot of missed sleep and the regret of spending this much money for a place that was simply not worth it."
