Your booking confirmation is contingent upon completing the required verification steps within 24 hours of booking. These steps include creating an Anyplace account, completing identity verification, and undergoing a credit and background check. Proof of income may also be required, such as a recent pay stub, a bank statement dated within the last 3 months, or a letter of employment in a PDF format. Failure to complete these steps within 24 hours, or not meeting the minimum eligibility requirements, may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Early and late check-ins or check-outs are subject to an additional fee. Deep cleaning beyond normal use—such as stain removal, carpet shampooing, odor remediation, or cleaning requiring significantly more time than our standard turnover—is not covered by the Standard Exit Cleaning. Cancellation Policy
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, provided check-in has not yet occurred, or at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before arrival receive a partial refund. Bookings become non-refundable within 14 days of your move-in date. Processing fees are non-refundable on confirmed bookings regardless of cancellation timing.The 24-hour cancellation window also applies to extension requests. Canceling an extension after this period has elapsed may result in penalties.

"The apartment is quiet and on an outside wall, so neighbors only on one side. But even then, I never heard them. The place is huge and the garage entry is a tiny bit of a hassle. And there is only a hand towel rack in the bathroom. Could use a bath towel bar next to the shower. But these are minor annoyances. Overall it was as advertised."
