London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits closest to Hoxton and Haggerston stations and it has plenty of bus stops in easy reach. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
