The master bedroom is located on the third floor and features an en suite bathroom, with separate bathtub and shower, and a separate wardrobe area. The apartment also has high-speed WiFi and a dedicated study room to work, should you need or want to get some work done. Set in one of London’s trendiest locations, this home is next to the beautiful Primrose Hill area and Hampstead, and has grocery stores and cafes within easy reach. Regent’s Park, Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath are just a short walk away, and the ZSL London Zoo will be a great getaway for the little ones. The house is in a residential part of town but it’s located in between three tube stations offering easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods. London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits 5 minutes walking to Swiss Cottage station, 10 minutes walking from Belsize Park station, and 15 minutes walking from Chalk Farm station. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The daily tidying is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
