We are monitoring the situation very closely, and we would like to share the additional precautions that have been recently added. All amenities at this property have been closed. We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is all very necessary for the safety of guests, and we must do our part to keep this community safe. The Space: STAYING LONG TERM? Contact us for up to 25% off your stay! We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. Our two bedroom apartment offers two queen beds, a couch & air mattress has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Kansas City! The controlled access building is a small community with historic charm and upscale flair. The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, granite countertops, and a Keurig coffee maker. There's a smart TV with Roku and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! A communal laundry room is located on each floor, allowing easy access to get laundry done. We provide one parking pass to park in a reserved spot in a surface lot. The pass must be returned upon checkout to avoid a replacement fee. Not sure whether this apartment checks all your boxes? We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Interaction with Guests: Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system, however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise. The Neighborhood: The convention center, Barney Allis Plaza, City Market, and The Arabia Steamboat Museum are all within a half mile. The Arvest Bank Theatre, Municipal Auditorium, and the Town Pavilion is only a 15 minute walk. The Sprint Center and The Grand Hall is just a 20 minute walk. Getting Around: Public transportation & Uber is easily accessible given the popular location. Easy access to I-70 & I-35. Kansas City's Streetcar connects the River Market area to Crown Center and Union Station. It has stops every 2 blocks down Main Street. The nearest stop to our apartment is 3 blocks away at 7th & Main St. Other Things to Note: Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. We have a strict 11am checkout. If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 1pm, at $25 per hour. Please let us know one day in advance if this is something you'd like to schedule! House Rules: Absolutely no parties or events. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite. We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. This community enforces quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. It's important that we abide by those same rules inside the apartment. Any noise level beyond a normal conversation may result in being asked to vacate the suite. No smoking inside the suite or anywhere in the complex, no candles ($500 fine) $100 fee for unreturned or lost keys $75 overnight lockout fee $100 fee if found to have pets inside the suite Not to be used for commercial purposes No photo or video shoots No booking on behalf of others All building events are for residents only and are off-limits during your stay. Building staff (leasing office staff and maintenance) are not affiliated with Frontdesk and are not available to you during your stay. Guest agrees to contact us directly should any issues arise. Packages or mail may not be shipped to the apartment. We will not be responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages. Located right on Main St in the Library District, there are common necessities such as ATMs, coffee shops, and additional parking if needed. This modern suite is within walking distance to large attractions such as the Power and Light District, Barney Allis Plaza, Kansas City Convention Center, Municipal Auditorium, Sprint Center, and The Grand Ballroom. Getting Around: If you’re traveling on your own, our suite is within easy access to I-70 and I-35. There is also public transportation and Uber is easily accessible given the popular location.
