Each unit features a full kitchen to enjoy a home cooked meal and lots of space to entertain, with fast WiFi, in unit washer and dryer, free garage parking, self check-in, and additional services such as in house massage, chef, or trainer services, for an extra fee. Each apartment includes a king size bed, queen sofa bed, and queen air mattress, as well as high speed internet, 4K HD TV with Sling TV, Hulu, HBO Go, Netflix, Showtime, and Starz on Amazon Fire TV, in-suite laundry, a fully-equipped and furnished kitchen, large garden tub, Keurig coffee maker, and free garage parking. Building amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center, and communal lounges. Bus stops are within a 5 minute walk of the property, and the metro rail for downtown exploration is located close by. PLEASE NOTE: - In order to receive check in instructions, guests must complete our online guest portal. The guest portal will require you to share a selfie and your ID to verify that you indeed intended to make the reservation, and to prevent potential fraudulent bookings. This also allows for us to be able to share information with the leasing office to know when items such as packages arrive, or if there is an emergency and we need to share with medical teams who should be inside of the unit. Guests will use a smart lock app called August Home to enter and exit the unit. Keys for the unit are not available upon request. To receive check-in instructions, all guests must complete the online check-in process. No check in details are sent until the online check in process is complete, so that you can self check in on check in day. Please be ready to upload an image of your driver’s license and take a selfie to confirm your identity. - Parking is first come first serve in non-reserved spots. If you park in reserved spots and your car is towed, it will be at your own financial discretion. - With your support, 20% of every reservation is donated to local non-profit organizations that support helping low-income, at-risk students obtain an education.
