This fraud of a start up has withheld more than 300 tenants deposits for over a year. Their customer care is non existent and the owners themselves are nowhere to be seen. I am waiting for my own Security Deposit of 50k for over a year now and they have conveniently shut off all helplines and the RMs have disappeared

ZiffyHomes have looted many. They didn't return the security amount even after vacating rooms. Never ever opt for these kind of startups. Never know when they will run away with your money. Instead prefer individual house or flats.
