I had a great time living there for 2 years and my old roommate stayed in the building for 4 years. I will definitely move back to this building again if I move back to Chicago. Very friendly and responsive staff and lots of nice events and perks for residents. I liked the free yoga class and Starbucks very much. only 1-2 blocks away to nice restaurants, bars, supermarkets and train stations. Safe area and very easy to use the public transportation. The doorman was very responsible and didn't let anybody walk in the building without notifying the residents, which made me feel very safe living there. I highly recommend this place.

We have lived in AMLI900 since the building opened. That says a lot in my opinion. The management, maintenance and front desk staff have always been professional and timely with any request made. I would highly recommend this building.

My agent was super sweet, I think her name is Elizabeth. She did a great job on the tour and was informative, but as I sat in the office, it seemed that management was not very responsive and saw a lot of disgruntled residents so we decided that we did not want to live here. The building and amenities are great, we decided against it, as it looks like management was unorganized.
