This apartment is situated on the 5th floor with a lift and offers 2 comfortable bedrooms for sleeping. There is a double bed in both bedrooms. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is 54m2 in total and has a lovely balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast and the Cannes sunshine. This apartment also has AC and free parking is available in the underground garage (remote control will be given to guests who request parking). Provided during your stay: - Clean towels & bedding - Hair & body shampoo - Hand soap - Personal check-in where you will receive the keys and chips for the building - Wireless unlimited high speed internet available in the entire apartment. Check-in time is from 16.00 until 21.00. Late check-in is possible for extra fee, price for the group: from 21.00 until midnight - 20 EUR after midnight - 40 EUR. House rules: - Please help us keep the apartment in a good condition. Any excessive mess will result in loss of full deposit. - Guests are required to dispose of all rubbish in the bins outside the building, otherwise 20 EUR fine will be charged. The bins are located in a storage next to the gate on the other side of building. You can get there through parking lot next to the main entrance door. - Lost or damaged remote control for parking garage will result in the loss of full deposit. - Keep our keys safe. If you loose keys for the apartment we will charge you full deposit. Please respect our apartment and neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.
