I moved in Jan 2021 so my review is based on the few months I’ve lived here. Everyone is super nice — especially Lauren, who helped my husband and I sign the lease to an apartment we love and Celia, the Concierge manager who has helped me with numerous things and greets us every day when I’m walking in and out the building. The residents are respectful and friendly. The location is ideal and centrally located to everything you possibly need. It’s also nice to have a small grocery store connected downstairs. This is a dog friendly apartment complex and my dog, Cole loves it here!

We love living at the Whitley! The complex is always clean, the staff is kind and attentive, we love our unit and it's view of the Frost Tower. The gym is top notch and having Royal Blue Grocer in the building is great. To top it off, you can't beat the price per square foot! 10/10 recommend living here. Update: the new owners and management are excellent. The maintenance has decreased - I assume they haven't hired enough new staff. BUT the team is wonderful and Jackie, the concierge director, is like a ray of sunshine to interact with each morning!

My friend that has a sight disability toured here and was very impressed. The staff was accommodating - he’s had issues with other apartment staff not treating him right due to his disability at other locations, but not at The Weaver! Everything was clean and beautifully maintained, and his favorite part was the massive windows in the model home he saw. So much natural light! He’s excited to move in!
