Surrounded by institutions of higher education, parks, restaurants and cafes, it’s an area full of things to see and do, while still being within easy reach of downtown Manhattan. Situated beside St. Nicolas Park and within easy reach of Central Park, you’ll find some of the city’s best jazz music on your doorstep, as well as multiple subway lines and buses taking you downtown.
This space features hardwood floors, all major appliances and exposed brick. The kitchen and common areas are roomy compared to the average New York City apartment, with open kitchens and living rooms, all furnished with everything you’ll need for work and play.

Confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you move out earlier than the agreed term of your stay, you will still be responsible for the monthly payments in accordance with the agreement and may forfeit the deposit.
Harlem once had a somewhat questionable reputation, yet today, it is a center of bustling activity and thriving businesses, as well as the old iconic landmark, the Apollo Theatre. Harlem has a strong history of jazz, and not surprisingly, there’s a number of music clubs you can visit that will make you feel as though you’ve been transported back in time.
