3. Price 販売価格Listing Price料金Prices vary by property and booking conditions. The total price, including applicable consumption tax, will be displayed on each property listing page prior to booking confirmation.料金は物件および予約条件によって異なります。消費税を含む合計金額は、予約確定前に各物件ページに表示されます。Consumption Tax消費税Where applicable, prices displayed are tax-inclusive (税込表示). Check-in instructions and property access details will be provided after booking is completed.宿泊サービスは、予約確認書に記載されたチェックイン日から提供されます。チェックイン方法および物件へのアクセス情報は、予約完了後にお知らせします。Booking Confirmation予約確定A booking confirmation will be sent to the registered email address promptly after payment is processed.お支払い処理完了後、登録されたメールアドレス宛に予約確認書を速やかにお送りします。

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy キャンセル・返金ポリシーCooling-Off Period Does Not Apply クーリングオフについてThis service falls under mail-order sales (通信販売) under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. The statutory cooling-off system (クーリング・オフ制度) does NOT apply to mail-order sales in Japan. No fixed application deadline applies unless otherwise stated in the listing.予約は各物件ページに表示されている空室状況に基づいて受け付けます。物件ページに特段の記載がない限り、申込期限は設けていません。

9. Special Conditions 特別条件Eligibility利用資格Users must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid government-issued ID.
