Partner Spotlight: lyf

a LYF bedroom with a bunk bed and a desk.

Our mission is to make a world in which people can live anyplace, and simply put, we wouldn’t be able to do that without our amazing partners. They help us expand our flexible-term housing options across the globe, in turn, giving you more places to explore and live. That said, we feel they should get some love!

So, we’re going to aim the spotlight back on our partners from time to time; to share a bit about their company, the destinations where their properties are located, and some photos of the co-living spaces, furnished apartments, and extended-stay hotels they’ve added to Anyplace.

Let’s take a look at lyf, which provides housing for us in Southeast Asia. Their co-living spaces in Singapore and Bangkok are quite remarkable, to say the least!

Singapore

Singapore is beautiful and lively, with a tropical rainforest climate and many attractions which draw almost 20 million visitors to the island each year. There’s no shortage of things to do in this bustling capital city.

Residents and visitors alike enjoy the vibrant nightlife and plethora of incredible outdoor attractions, such as the National Orchid Garden, Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. Sampling the local street food is definitely recommended, as is shopping for colorful wares in Little India or on Arab Street.

Bangkok

The hustle and bustle of Bangkok is real. It’s an exhilarating city; tuk tuks zoom by, there’s delicious food on almost every corner, the nightlife is wild, and like Singapore, it has year-round tropical weather so people are out and about.

Shoppers will be in paradise wandering the city’s abundance of indoor/outdoor markets and malls. There are plenty of cultural gems too that are among the most exquisite pieces of architecture in southeast Asia. The Grand Palace was the former home of royalty and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha is one of Thailand’s most cherished temples. If you’re looking for a green spot to chill, Lumpini Park is one of the most popular escapes in the city and a delightful spot for an afternoon picnic.
